About the role As a traveling service technician, you will be Firefly's face to the customers. You will work with technically advanced, customized system solutions and be responsible for both preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on existing facilities as well as the start-up of new installations. The role also includes training customers on the system's functionality, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Your work will be independent, while you will have close collaboration with Firefly's salespeople, technical project managers, and our customers, with your focus being within Sweden and Scandinavia. Firefly has installed protection systems in over 80 countries, and for the right person, there are opportunities to work internationally in the long term.

About you We see that you:

• Have relevant education

• Have experience in troubleshooting and verifying components in electrical, electronics, and mechanics

• Have knowledge in IT

• Master Swedish and English in speech and writing

• Enjoy a traveling position

It is an advantage if you have experience working as a traveling service technician, preferably within the process industry.
